Wide Area Sensor Arrays

FSA uses resistive based technologies to measure Shear Force, Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Ph, Light, Shape, Tilt, Wetness, Alkalinity and other properties.

FSA sensors can be laid out in discrete patterns or in matrixed arrays.  The benefit of a wide area matrix is that it allows you to see the distribution and gradient of the target property over a wide area.  This provides a clear image or ‘map’ of the properties being measured and how they are changing spatially and temporally.  Combining visual images with sensor data allows you to make better assumptions, and robust data informs your decision making.   Embedded video allows you to understand what is happening to the sensor and where it fits in your overall measurement scheme.
